• Negotiate effectively to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional client service consistently.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker comfortable in a tech-savvy environment.
• Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently.
• Motivated and ambitious with a growth-oriented mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.
