Duties:

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation proceedings, ensuring their rights and benefits are effectively pursued

• Research legal precedents and regulations to support the development of strong case strategies

• Participate in settlement discussions and administrative hearings

• Build client rapport and maintain consistent communication throughout the legal process

• Coordinate with internal legal teams to collect evidence, prepare legal documents, and optimize case positioning

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in workers' compensation law preferred

• Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases and legal tasks independently while contributing to a team

• Excellent writing, verbal, and organizational skills

• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar

Skills:

• Legal research and drafting proficiency
