Job Overview:
A reputable national law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its team in California. The firm is looking for motivated professionals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment across multiple practice areas, including business litigation, employment, appellate, general liability, and construction defect. 

Location:

• Walnut Creek, CA

Duties:

• Contribute to litigation across various practice groups such as business litigation, employment law, appellate, general liability, and construction defect.
• Assist in case strategy, legal research, drafting of legal documents, and client communication.
• Gain exposure to a variety of legal matters and practice areas.
• Participate in trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and mentors to develop legal skills and advance career growth.

Requirements:

• Strong academic record and cultural fit within the team.
• Excellent references and a history of job stability.
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Relevant litigation experience preferred but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the California Bar in good standing.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
