Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Trust & Estate Planning Associate in Blue Bell, PA. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of relevant experience in trusts and estate planning, administration, and taxation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment within the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department.

Duties

• Conduct research and analysis related to estate planning and taxation.
• Draft documents for the implementation of estate plans.
• Prepare and review tax returns, including Federal estate tax returns.
• Plan for family-owned businesses and life insurance structures.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience with high net-worth individuals and sophisticated estates.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD)

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
