The successful candidate will play a key role in defending clients in high-stakes regulatory and white-collar matters, conducting internal investigations, and managing complex litigation across multiple sectors. Handle matters involving government investigations, regulatory enforcement, and white-collar criminal defense
Manage discovery, legal research, motion practice, and fact development in complex civil and criminal proceedings
Assist in conducting internal investigations for corporate clients across healthcare, financial services, and other regulated industries
Participate in client interviews, witness preparation, and litigation strategy development
Draft briefs, memoranda, and pleadings in connection with federal and state court litigation
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on multijurisdictional matters
Provide risk assessment and compliance advice to clients concerning antitrust, healthcare fraud, and financial regulations
4-5 years of litigation experience post-JD, ideally including exposure to:
White-collar criminal defense
Securities enforcement actions
False Claims Act and healthcare-related litigation
Antitrust litigation and compliance
Internal corporate investigations
Federal judicial clerkship experience is highly valued
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple case responsibilities under partner supervision
Juris Doctor (JD), Class of 2019 or 2020 preferred
Admission to practice law in Texas, or the ability to obtain admission promptly
Active Texas Bar membership in good standing (or pending admission)
Exceptional legal research and analytical writing ability
Effective verbal communication and courtroom advocacy skills
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal capabilities within team environments
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage priorities across matters
