is currently seeking a Parts Counter Consultant. The

position consists of selling parts to internal & external clients. This includes

assisting customers over the counter, from the service department, over the

phone and internet orders. We're looking for motivated individuals who can assist

in achieving individual & department sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

Sell

parts & accessories over the counter to internal & external customers

Provide

a high level of customer service via client phone calls, in-person & online

inquiries.

Review

estimates to ensure ordered parts are correct and pricing is in-line with

estimates.

Meet

individual & department's sales initiatives.

Provide

full product line presentations; inform clients of companion part requirements

and parts promotions.

Ensure

correct parts are identified, obtained, billed & delivered in a timely manner.

Process

parts billing & crediting.

Assist

in management of stock and special-order parts & accessories.

Work

closely with service & sales department special-order parts & accessories.

Automotive experience preferred. However, we will train the right candidate
