The ideal candidate will work directly with partners, senior associates, and clients in a collaborative environment.

Duties

• Oversee complex corporate M&A transactions with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on client matters.
• Engage in business development activities.
• Draft and review transaction documents.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant M&A experience.
• Experience with private equity transactions preferred.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the office is located required.
