Duties

• Represent design professionals in litigation involving contract claims and professional negligence.
• Conduct pre-trial work, including motion practice and discovery.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and manage trial proceedings in various courts and arbitration.
• Engage with insurance carriers and manage coverage issues.

Requirements

• Experience in construction law and litigation.
• Familiarity with federal, state, or tribal court procedures.
• Experience in a reputable law firm, with a preference for AmLaw 200 or Law360 400 firms.
• A portable book of business valued at $350K is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the United States.
