Development Manager

Profile

FT/40 hrs. The Development Manager position supports Olive Crest’s donor engagement and retention, reporting and acknowledgement process to properly thank every donor for the impact of their giving. This position is responsible for managing Kids at Heart donor relations and works closely with Development Director, program staff, marketing, foster parents, and volunteers to identify and write stories of foster youth transformation for Olive Crest donors. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of experience writing appeals, reports, and articles for a non-profit development team. Must have Microsoft Office experience and strong communication skills.
