Duties:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and adoption.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on family law matters.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements between parties.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress and developments.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on case management and strategy.
• Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for documents, and depositions.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
• 3-5 years of experience in family law.
• Strong interest and passion for practicing family law.
• Excellent references.

Education:

JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Arizona.
