Duties

• Advise executors, administrators, and beneficiaries on probate procedures and legal obligations.
• Prepare and file probate petitions, pleadings, notices, inventories, and accountings.
• Appear in probate court for hearings and routine proceedings.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients during sensitive situations.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting court deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist with real estate matters and estate planning as needed.
• Collaborate with firm attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Requirements

• Must have an active Texas Bar license.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
