The position is suited for a proactive legal professional who is comfortable leading cases through trial, managing client relationships with empathy, and advocating effectively to secure optimal case outcomes. Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from inception through trial

• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication throughout the legal process

• Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Evaluate claims, formulate case strategies, and manage litigation timelines

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and settlement proposals

• Negotiate with opposing parties and insurance representatives

• Provide guidance to support staff and collaborate with colleagues on complex matters

• Appear as lead trial attorney when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of active litigation experience in personal injury law

• Demonstrated experience as first chair in trials

• Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and in good standing

• Availability for full-time, in-office work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active Arizona Bar license is required

Skills:

• Exceptional negotiation and dispute resolution abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous
