Requirements

• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Over three years of experience in probate administration and trust/estate tax planning.
• Strong knowledge of Surrogate's Court rules and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• J.D.
