This role involves handling all aspects of family law matters, including litigation, with minimal supervision.

Duties

• Guide clients by providing strategic direction and understanding their needs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and handle mediations and settlement conferences.
• Prepare and attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Delegate tasks and communicate effectively with attorneys and staff.
• Manage billing and ensure client funds are available before proceeding with cases.

Requirements

• Florida Bar License in good standing.
• 5+ years of family law experience.
• Trial experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
