Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and document requests.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings under supervision.
• Prepare case strategies and assist in trial preparation.
• Analyze legal issues and develop persuasive arguments for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited law program.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
