Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters.
• Experience in public company work and registered equity offerings.
• Ongoing SEC representation and M&A transaction experience.
• Interest or experience in life sciences preferred.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications
