  • Manage client invoicing, billing records, and meetings.

  • Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Advise clients on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options.
  • Represent clients effectively at court hearings as needed.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare for legal proceedings.
  • Create legal documents for contract negotiations and proceedings.
  • Resolve cases efficiently by collaborating with senior attorneys and paralegals.
  • Analyze conflicts in legal matters and negotiate on behalf of clients.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed or become licensed in the State of Minnesota.
  • Must be a Minnesota resident or become a resident prior to employment.
  • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Passed the bar exam.
  • Willingness to learn from senior attorneys.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
