Duties

Requirements

• 5+ years of real estate experience, focusing on joint ventures and financing.
• Strong drafting skills are essential.
• Experience in commercial real estate investments preferred.
• Large law firm experience is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Pennsylvania.
