Duties:

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial and appeal

• Oversee all phases of case development, including pre-trial discovery, depositions, and motion practice

• Conduct extensive trial preparation and represent clients in state and federal court proceedings

• Collaborate with legal teams on strategy formulation, client communication, and risk assessment

• Utilize electronic discovery platforms and tools to manage large-scale document productions

• Draft and review legal memoranda, briefs, and settlement agreements

• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the professional development of litigation team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, including first or second chair trial responsibilities

• Demonstrated capability in handling a high-volume caseload with efficiency and precision

• Proficiency with modern litigation technology and e-discovery systems

• Strong drafting, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills

• Capable of working independently while maintaining close coordination with team members

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
