Job Overview: A law firm in Tallahassee, FL, seeks a Corporate Debt Finance Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions. Duties:

• Negotiate, structure, and document debt finance transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions.
• Analyze complex legal documents and financial data.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for finance transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate debt finance or related practice areas.
• Prior experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or lenders in finance transactions.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Previous employment in an Am Law 100 law firm.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (2019, 2020, or 2021 classes).
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
