Winston & Strawn is looking for an associate to join the highly regarded and growing New York power (primarily renewables) & infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have between two and five years of M&A and/or finance transactional and deal management experience. Interest and/or familiarity with renewable energy or infrastructure is a plus. While New York is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.
