• Work with a team to structure, draft, and review agreements and financial documentation.
• Assist in the due diligence process and risk management for energy and infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with senior counsel and partners to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and private equity.
• Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a top-tier law firm preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on complex legal issues with a focus on high-profile projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
