Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Injury Attorney with plaintiff-side personal injury experience to join our dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where their contributions make a real difference.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Handle court appearances, conferences, and motion practice

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal motions

• Communicate effectively with clients, medical and liability experts, and opposing counsel

• Work closely with firm leadership and support staff to ensure the highest quality representation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to practice law in the State of New York (required)

• Experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation

• Excellent negotiation, writing, and communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
