Candidates should have substantial experience in HSR filings and familiarity with global merger control processes. Relevant government experience is preferred but not required. Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients.

• Assist with fact development and depositions.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Develop case strategy.

Requirements

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
