The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents and pleadings, communicating with clients and experts, and assisting with trial and deposition preparation.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research
• Draft documents and pleadings
• Communicate with clients and experts
• Draft and respond to discovery
• Conduct document review
• Assist with trial and deposition preparation
• Represent clients in court and depositions
• Prepare correspondence and legal documents
• Analyze conflicts in legal matters and advise clients
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
• Maintain client files
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Florida Bar Admission

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar Admission
