The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in patent prosecution, including experience with design patent applications, to assist in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications. Must have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school. A graduate degree is desired. Must be licensed to practice law. Must have strong technical writing skills.
