Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of complex family law matters, including high-asset cases.

• Represent clients in court hearings and trials as needed.

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing strategic legal counsel and case updates.

• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in mediation and litigation.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize legal software and case management systems effectively.

Requirements:

• Active and good standing membership with the California State Bar.

• Strong client communication and case management skills.

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.

• Court hearing and trial experience preferred.

• Ability to learn and utilize legal software and programs efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Skills:

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
