The candidate will practice in the areas of business law, corporate, and real estate transactions. Will be drafting business/corporate contracts; representing buyers or sellers of residential, agricultural, or commercial real estate; representing buyers or sellers of businesses, including advising regarding due diligence, negotiations, and documentation of transactions; establishing limited liability companies, corporations, and other business entities; merger and acquisition transactions; counseling clients regarding corporate governance documents. Should be admitted to the Illinois Bar or will pursue successful admission to the Illinois Bar after graduation.
