The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling heavy insurance litigation matters and meet a billable requirement of 1875 hours per year. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex and high-volume insurance litigation cases.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.

• Negotiate settlements and manage mediation/arbitration proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients regarding insurance claims and disputes.

• Stay current with developments in insurance law and litigation practices.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in insurance litigation.
