Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft pre-litigation documents.
• Review liability and oversee settlement negotiations.
• Manage a team of Case Managers.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association.
• Experience in maritime or personal injury law.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Desire to be part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Member of the Florida State Bar.
