Duties:

• Represent clients in family law trials and hearings, including preparation and strategy execution

• Oversee cases from start to finish, ensuring each matter is handled with precision and care

• Prepare and conduct depositions, discovery, and witness examinations

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering clear legal guidance and updates

• Collaborate with a supportive legal team to manage caseload and streamline operations

• Engage with prospective clients and help grow the client base using provided leads

• Maintain detailed documentation and comply with court deadlines and procedures

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of direct experience in family law litigation, including courtroom trial work

• Strong command of procedural and substantive aspects of Texas family law

• Comfortable with independent docket management

• Effective communicator with both clients and colleagues

• Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism

• Open to active participation in business development initiatives

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the State of Texas

Skills:
