Duties

• Represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and administrative agencies

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other immigration filings

• Interview clients to gather and verify necessary information

• Prepare clients for immigration interviews and court appearances

• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and documentation standards

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in immigration law (preferred but not required)

• Multilingual capabilities (a plus, but not required)
