Job Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Initiate and respond to paper discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Handle federal and state court litigation matters.
• Manage a diverse workload efficiently and effectively.
• Anticipate and address legal issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and execution.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in Florida.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
• Experience in product liability, ADA, construction, real estate, or class action litigation is desired.
• Prior federal law clerk experience is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
