A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate for its Worcester, MA office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for attorneys to gain courtroom experience and hands-on involvement in civil litigation. Associates will collaborate with experienced attorneys, receiving valuable training throughout all litigation stages.

Duties

• Assist in preparing and litigating civil lawsuits.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in court proceedings and client meetings.

Requirements

• Strong academic background.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Clerkship experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in MA; RI or NH licensing is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Massachusetts.
