A law firm seeks a Real Estate and Construction Litigation Attorney in Louisville, KY. This full-time, in-person role offers the opportunity to gain substantial litigation experience within a supportive environment. The position requires a commitment to a 1,450-hour annual billable expectation and a Monday-through-Friday work schedule.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Manage discovery, deadlines, and case files.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Assist with case strategy and preparation.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys.
• Assist with and attend trials.
