Duties

• Represent physician practices and telemedicine companies.
• Engage in health care regulatory and transactional work.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents.
• Manage complex projects and client matters.
• Train and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state health care regulations.
• Experience with health-care focused clients.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior partners and clients.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
• Timely admission to the Florida Bar required.
