Represent clients in complex Hatch-Waxman litigation matters from inception through trial
Draft legal documents including briefs, memoranda, motions, and expert witness materials
Manage fact and expert discovery processes
Conduct legal research and provide regulatory analysis under the Hatch-Waxman Act
Collaborate with multidisciplinary legal teams and life sciences experts
Participate in strategic planning sessions and trial preparation
Provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in Hatch-Waxman litigation
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven projects
Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial prep
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Effective in team-based and independent environments
Technical background in chemistry, biology, or a related life sciences field is strongly preferred
