Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in immigration law, particularly in business immigration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Expertise in U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
