Location

Duties

• Handle premises liability cases from initial intake through settlement or trial

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel

• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and trial briefs

• Develop case strategies and prepare for trial

• Represent clients in jury trials and seek favorable verdicts

• Collaborate with a national team of attorneys and support staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with a focus on premises liability

• Proven track record of handling personal injury matters through litigation and trial

• Familiarity with case management and litigation procedures in Georgia

• Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision

• Demonstrated courtroom experience and client communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia

• Additional bar admission in Alabama is a plus

Skills

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Knowledge of Georgia Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure litigation deadlines

• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication abilities
