The candidate will be assisting with/handling litigation and pre-litigation matters including discovery, motion work, preparing EEOC position statements and related work. Providing high level counsel to clients on federal and state employment law compliance issues. Preparing of employment contracts and assistance with other project-based work. J.D. degree from an accredited law school and a strong academic record is required. Should have 3+ years of demonstrable experience in employment law litigation and counseling, preferably in a law firm setting or US District Court clerkship experience. Must be in good standing and admitted to practice in a US State Bar. Admission to the State Bar of Georgia is expected.
