Location:

Duties:

• Collaborate with practice group leaders, attorneys, and IT to assess technology needs.

• Develop and execute tailored innovation strategies.

• Lead evaluation and implementation of legal tech tools and platforms.

• Manage pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Oversee strategic rollout and integration of new tools into legal workflows.

• Train attorneys and provide support for client-facing communication plans.

• Act as liaison between attorneys, IT teams, vendors, and industry experts.

• Foster relationships with legal tech vendors and participate in industry forums.

• Drive process improvement initiatives that streamline legal service delivery.

• Support development of automated workflows and AI-enabled solutions.

• Contribute to firm committees such as the Innovation Center of Excellence.

• Prepare and deliver educational materials, reports, and presentations.

• Supervise and guide the Innovation Lead in alignment with firm priorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience practicing litigation; employment law experience is advantageous.

• Demonstrated interest in legal innovation and technology adoption.

• Strong project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

• Track record of evaluating and implementing legal tech solutions (e.g., AI, automation).

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to legal professionals.

• Adept at fostering collaboration across departments and securing attorney engagement.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.

Certifications:

• Legal project management or technology-related certifications (preferred but not required).
