Location:
Duties:
Collaborate with practice group leaders, attorneys, and IT to assess technology needs.
Develop and execute tailored innovation strategies.
Lead evaluation and implementation of legal tech tools and platforms.
Manage pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Oversee strategic rollout and integration of new tools into legal workflows.
Train attorneys and provide support for client-facing communication plans.
Act as liaison between attorneys, IT teams, vendors, and industry experts.
Foster relationships with legal tech vendors and participate in industry forums.
Drive process improvement initiatives that streamline legal service delivery.
Support development of automated workflows and AI-enabled solutions.
Contribute to firm committees such as the Innovation Center of Excellence.
Prepare and deliver educational materials, reports, and presentations.
Supervise and guide the Innovation Lead in alignment with firm priorities.
Requirements:
Proven experience practicing litigation; employment law experience is advantageous.
Demonstrated interest in legal innovation and technology adoption.
Strong project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
Track record of evaluating and implementing legal tech solutions (e.g., AI, automation).
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to legal professionals.
Adept at fostering collaboration across departments and securing attorney engagement.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
Certifications:
Legal project management or technology-related certifications (preferred but not required).
Skills:
