Requirements

• Established background in employment litigation and defense.
• Experience with employment law compliance and audits.
• School district defense experience required.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Experience with public entity defense is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees.

Certifications

• Member, State Bar of California in good standing.
