Duties:

• Represent clients in complex insurance and reinsurance litigation, including high-stakes coverage disputes.
• Draft pleadings, and dispositive motions, and manage discovery and discovery motions.
• Take depositions and handle court appearances commensurate with experience.
• Independently manage cases and engage in client management and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team while being able to work autonomously.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Proven track record in handling professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance issues.
• Extensive experience in civil litigation, including drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, and appearing in court.
• Ability to handle business development and client management responsibilities.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the State Bar in California.
