The candidate will be supporting intellectual property due diligences, patent landscape analyses, post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences) and other intellectual property matters related to all aspects of technology, including software, semiconductors, telecommunications, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics and blockchain. Must have a degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field and be registered to practice before the USPTO.
