Duties

• Draft pleadings and manage discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions and engage in motion practice.
• Perform legal research and analysis.
• Maintain client relations and provide regular reporting.
• Assist in trial preparation and proceedings.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of litigation experience in New York courts.
• Experience or interest in medical malpractice and civil rights litigation.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
