Job Title: Class Action Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm in Thornton, CO, seeks an experienced litigator to handle high-impact Class Action matters. This role requires a proactive legal professional with a proven track record in large-scale litigation, including experience leading class-wide claims for economic injuries. The selected candidate will take a strategic role in shaping litigation tactics, developing legal theories, and advocating for thousands of claimants in complex legal disputes.

Duties:

• Lead Class Action litigation from case evaluation through resolution

• Develop and implement a case strategy in coordination with co-counsel and team members

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and memoranda

• Manage discovery processes, including document review and expert coordination

• Oversee client communications and ensure consistent updates to class representatives

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary legal team to investigate, file, and litigate mass claims

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Class Action litigation

• Demonstrated experience serving as lead attorney or in a primary litigation role

• Deep familiarity with complex procedural rules and multidistrict litigation

• Ability to handle high-volume caseloads with precision and independence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• In good standing with the relevant State Bar
