Duties

• Review policies and draft opinions under personal and commercial liability policies.
• Prepare and respond to tenders.
• Manage a caseload and meet with clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery items in declaratory judgment actions.
• Handle all aspects of litigation and trial.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage matters and disputes.
• Admitted to practice law in New York State and federal courts.
• Experience with NYS labor law claims and construction litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to outstanding client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
