The candidate will be supporting three attorneys and will be responsible for: Entering data using a litigation calendaring systems Calendar Rules and Practice Master; Entering data using accounting system TABS; Entering data using Outlook calendars to schedule other appointments and meetings; Reminding attorneys and paralegals of dates for hearings, depositions and other court related deadlines; Conducting weekly calendar review meetings; Assisting with the preparation of client engagement letter and performing conflict checks; Answering phones, copying, scanning and mailing when necessary; Filing and maintaining client files; Preparing and following up on matters relating to document preparation and time keeping/billing; and Editing documents to final form.
