Tax – Digital Transformation – Senior Manager
The candidate will partner with Transformation Facilitators, the Learning Lead, Business and Technology counterparts to lead organizational change, communications and deployment through Tax Transformation Projects. Establish and execute of organizational change and communications strategy, approach and work plan across all areas of focus. Manage execution including deployment plans, change campaigns, communications, leadership and stakeholder engagement/alignment and capability transfer. Establish and deliver a structured framework to help individuals adapt to changes to their work environment including new roles, responsibilities, processes, and technology. Develop interventions so that professionals can serve as an advocate for change among their peers. Perform a rigorous change impact analysis to fully understand business impacts. Involve the business early and often to create a strong network of communities. Oversee work performed by the change, communication and onboarding teams. Produce supporting materials and processes for new technology releases. Manage and drives adoption with key business stakeholders. Produce adoption metrics, develop and administer user surveys. Analyze change barriers, user feedback and develops action plans to address findings. Produce Executive level reporting. Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology related field is required. Should have 8+ years transformation experience. Agile delivery and design thinking experience is required. Strong PowerPoint and Excel experience is preferred. Working knowledge of data management and metrics is a plus. Agile or PMP certification is preferred. Should be licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
