Accounts Payable Manager
The candidate will lead all areas of AP day to day process, driving process change across the department and across the end to end process, through working and influencing cross functionality. Maintain accounts payable and lead the team in processing all invoices, processing all check runs; process appropriation requests and expense reports; set up new vendors; communicate with vendors. Provide people leadership. Lead the AP team for daily AP work, such as month/quarter/year end closing and reconciliation. Maintain transparent and efficient communication to all stakeholders, vendors, facilities and colleagues. Ensure high quality delivery in a timely manner. Follow company processes, controls, and policies for all aspects of the accounts payable function. Perform ad hoc AP research and analysis as requested. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with a law firm or other professional services organization, using is required. Aderant Expert or other complex accounting system is required.
